I left my insigna in for a service and timingbelt change excellent job done. . When I got the car back they had washed it and cleaned the inside witch I taught was a very good gesture.

I recently wanted to surprise my husband for a milestone birthday with a new van. What's more daunting than entering a car dealership not knowing what you want but that was shortlived when I greeted by a very professional Ciaran Duffy who I later discovered was infact the owner. Ciaran instantly made me feel at ease. He was extremely knowledgeable and answered any questions that I had. I felt very confident in choosing the right vehicle in the end from Ciaran's solid advice but it didn't stop there. Ciaran went above and beyond explaining finance options available to me some of which I was not aware of at the time. He chatted with me over the phone on several occasions and was never 'pushy' in any way for me to seal the deal. The aftercare he has shown since the sale of the van to me has being impeccable with a follow up phonecall to make sure of a satisfied customer. All of the above will ensure that I will certainly return again to do business at Cathal Duffy's.
